Job Description

About the Role

As Programme Coordinator in our Transformation Office, you'll play a key role in coordinating project and programme reporting, communication, and information flow, supporting decision-making across a diverse portfolio. You'll help ensure KBC leaders have clear visibility of progress, risks, dependencies, and actions, while also supporting project activities such as budgeting, contracting, scheduling, and documentation. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll help keep projects organised, connected, and moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain project and programme dashboards and reporting to provide visibility of project status, risks, actions, and interdependencies.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple projects to ensure effective delivery and strategic alignment.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, leadership, business support functions, and external partners.
  • Support project-related budgeting, contracting, approvals, scheduling, and documentation activities.
  • Assist in maintaining project management tools, templates, and ways of working, and support capability-building initiatives.

Desired Skills and Experience

About You

  • Experience in project coordination, programme coordination, administration, or a similar business support role.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with excellent attention to detail.  
  • Experience supporting reporting, meetings, documentation, approvals, and follow-up activities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across a wide range of teams.
